Its login page says to sign in with the email you use for Workday and/or Deputy: HQ and field leaders use their @dutchbros.com email, and shop employees use the email from Deputy. How to Log In Safely
- Use the link from your manager, your onboarding email or the official Dutch Bros app, not a link from a search result.
- Bookmark that official link so you can find it again.
- Check the address bar before typing your password. If the site is not run by Dutch Bros or its HR provider, do not log in.
- Never share your work password, even with a coworker.
Common Login Problems and Fixes
Forgot your password
Use the “forgot password” option on the official sign-in page. If that does not work, ask your shop manager or HR to reset it.
New hire and cannot sign in yet
New accounts can take a little time to be set up. Ask your manager when your login will be ready and which email address it uses.
Account locked or app not loading
Wait a few minutes after too many attempts, update the app, clear the app cache or try another browser. If it still fails, contact your manager or HR.
Customer Accounts Are Different
